How quickly are orders processed?

Orders received before 12:00pm Central Time are shipped the same day. Exceptions to this timeframe would include, severe weather conditions or a problem with the order is detected, such as a word misspelling.
I haven’t received my order

As a general policy we process all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The Postal Service states that it normally delivers these packages within 2-3 days. If it has been more than seven days since you placed your order, use the Contact Page to let us know.
I received a damaged/defective item

We will replace a damaged/defective item provided you report the damage to us within seven days of receiving your order and upload a photo showing the damage or defect. Use this link to Report a Damage.
Can I cancel an order?

Once you place an item(s) in your shopping cart and checkout, an order can be canceled within 60 minutes of checkout. After this time, the order is final and will be shipped to you. If you have an account, go to your order page to cancel the order. If you are a guest, use the Contact Page page to let us know.
Can I order as a Guest?

Yes you can place an order as a Guest without creating an Account. You are still required to provide an email address so that we can communicate with you. However, you will not receive promotional emails and we will not save your contact information. When you place a future order you will have to re-enter contact and payment information.
Why are items non-returnable?

Nearly all products are personalized and therefore are not usable except to the purchaser.
Can I store additional Art Prints in my frame?

Absolutely! We designed the frames to be able to store up to a dozen Art Prints. Our frames are a great way to display seasonal Art Signs and never lose track of them.
