We work very hard to insure that items are packaged well to minimize the potential for damage in shipment. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these instructions:

Damaged in Shipment

Should you receive an item that was damaged in shipment notify us within seven days of receipt of the package and we will gladly replace it. Use Contact Us to inform us of a damaged item. Include your name and the Order Number located on the documentation inside the package. Upload a photo showing the damage.

Defective Items

Should you receive an item that is defective in workmanship notify us within seven days of receipt of the package and we will gladly replace it. Use Contact Us to inform us of a defective item. Include your name and the Order Number located on the documentation inside the package. Upload a photo showing the damage.

Personalization Misspellings

You are responsible for the proper spelling of all words and dates in the personalization fields. We make every attempt to review all personalization fields for spelling accuracy but do not warrant that we will catch every misspelling. When we detect a misspelling, we will attempt to contact you via email to determine if the word(s) is spelled correctly.

Should you receive an Art Sign with a misspelled word or date in a personalization field, we will gladly correct it and replace the Art Print for a $5.00 charge. Use Contact Us to inform us of what the correct spelling should be. Upload a photo of the misspelled Art Sign.
